Ross Kitteridge
Head Coach

Born and raised in Bishop's Stortford, Ross developed a passion for sports from an early age, competing in various disciplines before focusing on football. Ross advanced through the Arsenal Academy system until age 16, after which he played for Reading FC for three seasons and then moved on to Non-League football.

In Ross' early twenties, he shifted his focus to coaching, starting within primary schools in Bishop's Stortford. He established the first football and cricket leagues for schools in the area. More recently, he has taken on the role of Head Coach at Manuden JFC and launched the 5D’s Dodgeball Club, a year-round league that offers children the opportunity to engage in the exciting sport of dodgeball.

Callum Bates

Callum Bates grew up in Birchanger, near Bishops Stortford, and began his education at the local primary school before moving to Birchwood Primary School. A passionate supporter of Reading FC, Callum enjoys cheering on the Royals whenever he can.

Callum has become a key member of the KAS team, contributing significantly by working in many of the primary schools the company serves. His dedication to coaching is evident through his recent completion of Level 2 coaching courses in both Football and Dodgeball, enhancing his skills and commitment to developing young athletes.

James Bowe

James grew up in Sawbridgeworth and attended Leventhorpe School, where he completed his Sports Management BTEC course. A passionate footballer, James has played for Epping FC Reserves and is excited to join Grange United for the upcoming season.

James has been a valued member of the KAS team for a year, making a positive impact on the children he teaches. His involvement spans across all KAS clubs, PE lessons, and Holiday Camps, where his dedication and enthusiasm are greatly appreciated.
